My Favorite Environmental Charities Part 3

Wildlife and wild places are suffering at the hands of humans. Every day, scientists estimate that hundreds of species go extinct and hundreds of thousands of acres of forest and other important ecosystems are destroyed. We must act, and one of the ways to do this is to support an organization committed to the preservation of the environment. Here I describe some of these organizations and their descriptions of themselves. This is the third and final part of a three-part series of articles on environmental charities. You can access the first article here and the second article here.
